Alchemist Mining set to change name to Alchemist Holdings Inc

Alchemist Mining Inc (CSE:AMS) is set to change its name to Alchemist Holdings Inc with the ticker symbol 'ALH' as it redefines itself as a technology solutions provider for the cannabis sector.

The name change will take effect concurrently with the 4:1 share consolidation announced March 20 this year, and the acquisition of the Oddysee Software Platform from Green Rush Consulting LLC.

This name change, share consolidation and acquisition are all still subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
