Chagala to delist from the London Stock Exchange

The company came under the direction of new management last year

The final goodbyes will be on 3 June

Chagala Group Ltd (LON:CGLO) is to delist from the London stock exchange, citing demands on management time and the regulatory burden as the principal reasons.

There has been a lack of liquidity in the company’s shares for some time.

The listing is expected to be cancelled on 3 June 2019.

The move comes after a takeover of the company that took place towards the end of last year.

Chagala provides residential accommodation, on-site offices, catering, leisure, transport, warehousing and logistics support to all major companies involved in Kazakhstan’s emerging oil and gas industry.
