MjLink.com, a subsidiary of Social LIfe Network Inc (OTCMKTS:WDLF), will sponsor the Cannabis Private Investment Summit next month, the company announced Tuesday.

Tapp has been through an IPO before. In 1999, he was VP of engineering at HomeBuilder.com when its subsidiary Realtor.com went public. In addition to unveiling the investment, he will also speak at a technology panel.
MjLink.com, a sort of LinkedIn for the cannabis industry, was spun out from Denver-based Social LIfe Network in September 2018. The company intends to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Shares of the social network and e-commerce company slipped nearly 6% to US$0.16 on the OTC Market.
