Fintech group Zichain said it had received investments from Bitblock Group and Fiat Capital – two leading Chinese funds specialising in digital assets.
Zichain, the blockchain finance company, on Wednesday said the two firms view the deal as a strategic partnership allowing them to further promote Zichain’s product range and to expand its presence in the Chinese market.
Bitblock is an international blockchain venture capital fund with a strong focus on financial services and artificial intelligence, while Fiat Capital is a Chinese fund specialising in the fintech market.
“The fact that top-tier institutional investors support our vision and strategic approach makes me confident that we will be able to substantially expand our market presence, making the ecosystem of Zichain products available to clients across the globe,” Zichain CEO Khachatur Gukasyan said in a statement.
Switzerland-based Zichain is currently developing a number of products to enable straightforward investment in cryptocurrencies, track the performance of their investments and receive the latest crypto market data.
