Cruz Cobalt holds AGM; plans to commence operations in Ontario and British Columbia

Cruz has nine cobalt projects in North America: five in Ontario, two in British Columbia, one in Idaho and one in Montana

Cruz Cobalt (CVE:CUZ) announced today that all matters put forward at its annual general meeting, held May 23, 2018, have been approved.

On May 23, 2018 Cruz announced it plans to commence operations shortly on its numerous cobalt properties in its Ontario Cobalt camp.

Two days later, Cruz announced it plans to commence operations shortly on its War Eagle and Purcell cobalt projects in British Columbia.

Cruz has nine cobalt projects in North America: five in Ontario, two in British Columbia, one in Idaho and one in Montana. Cruz has five separate Ontario cobalt projects located in the town of Cobalt – which makes Cruz one of the largest landholders in the emerging cobalt district.

Projects in BC include the 15,219 acre War Eagle cobalt prospect and the 11,821 acre Purcell prospect. Cruz’s US-based projects include the 1,940 acre Chicken Hawk prospect in Montana and the 880 acre Idaho Star prospect.

Shares in Cruz were up 2.70% at C$0.19 on Tuesday.
