Enertopia Corporation (CSE:TOP) announced today that it has engaged Toronto investor relations group, FronTier Flex Marketing for a range of services, including communication and marketing initiatives. This will include facilitating in-person introductions with institutional and retail brokers and other financial capitals, and media distribution on national television, radio and online channels.
Under the terms of the agreement, FronTier has been retained for a nine-month period for C$66,000. The company will also grant an option to purchase 300,000 shares to FronTier and an option to purchase 250,000 shares to a consultant of the company at an exercise price of US$0.07, which expires five years from the date of grant.
