Glance Technologies will begin introducing its payment app to Freshslice restaurants

The OTCMarkets were mixed at the end of the week with the OTCQB Venture picking up slight gains while the OTCQX U.S. saw a slight decline.

Omnitek Engineering Corp (OTCQB:OMTK) was a top gainer of the day after the company reported positive first-quarter results, including increased sales and reduced net loss. The California-based company develops diesel-to-natural gas conversion systems for customers looking for alternative energy solutions. Shares were up more 6% to US$0.07.

Glance Technologies Inc (OTCQB:GLNNF) shares were up after the payment system company announced that it has entered into an agreement with Freshslice Pizza, a Canadian pizza chain franchise. The mobile payment app will begin to be introduced to the chain’s more than 70 restaurants. Shares were up nearly 2% to US$0.41.

InMed Pharmaceuticals Inc (OTCQX:IMLFF) was a top decliner of the day after the company’s fiscal third-quarter results reported an earnings loss. The pre-clinical stage biopharma develops cannabinoid-based therapeutics. Shares fell more than 8% to US$0.77.

Oncolytics Biotech Inc (OTCQX:ONCYF, TSX:ONC) shares fell nearly 3% to US$0.60 after the company released its first-quarter results, reporting an earnings loss and an increase in research and development spending. The Calgary-based company is developing an intravenously-delivered virus to treat tumors.
