The new addition to the board, Will Giles, is a specialist in large-scale commercial litigation, insolvency work and regulatory investigations
Ltd () still needs to augment its board after announcing the appointment of one non-executive director and the resignation of another.
The company unveiled Will Giles as a non-executive director, replacing Mark Uren, who has resigned.
BOS appointed Marcus Yeoman as a non-executive director last week, and the changes announced today mean the company still only has two directors, which is one fewer than stipulated by the company’s constitution, so BOS remains on the look-out for at least one more director.
The new addition, Will Giles, is a solicitor based in Hong Kong with 30 years' experience in commercial law. He is presently a partner in the firm Hart Giles. Previously, he was a partner in the firms Horvath & Giles and Hampton Winter & Glynn in Hong Kong.
Giles currently holds 5mln shares in BOS Global.
