Otto Energy enters ASX halt following Byron Energy details on Gulf of Mexico

Otto's shares are in pre-open

Otto Energy Ltd (ASX:OEL) is in a joint venture with Byron Energy Ltd (ASX:BYE) for the SM 71 oil development, located in the Gulf of Mexico.

Otto has been granted a trading halt by the ASX as Byron has released a large amount of new information.

Otto said that it needs time to review.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 21st July 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
