Velpic’s LMS is a cloud-based video e-learning platform for businesses that can be embedded into external systems.
Gruden is developing a new system for the OSBC to enable them to interact more efficiently and effectively with its core stakeholders - small businesses.
The Velpic LMS will deliver customisable training videos directly within Gruden’s system.
The OSBC is Velpic’s first government customer and signifies the growing demand from government and government departments for LMS.
Furthermore, there is potential for Gruden and Velpic to collaborate on pursuing further opportunities in the sector, considering Gruden’s existing relationships with the government.
Last month, chief executive officer Russell Francis increased his stake in Velpic through an on-market purchase.
Francis purchased 1 million shares for $17,356, increasing his stake to over 41.8 million shares and 1.67 million listed options.
The global LMS market continues to grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 25% and is expected to reach US$15.7 billion in 2021.
