Troy Resources completes compulsory acquisition of Azimuth Resources

Troy Resources (ASX: TRY, TSX: TRY) has now completed the compulsory acquisition of all outstanding shares in Azimuth Resources, following its successful off-market takeover offer.

Troy now holds 100% of the shares in Azimuth, with the takeover to further increase Troy's South American focus.

Troy current operates two gold mines, being Andorinhas, Para State, Brazil, and Casposo, San Juan Province, Argentina.

The Azimuth take over adds the West Omai Project in Guyana.
