Northern Iron granted ASX trading halt

Northern Iron (ASX:NFE) has this morning been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.

NFE requested the halt pending details regarding the outcome of discussions currently underway with financiers and the largest customer of the company’s wholly-owned Norwegian subsidiary Sydvaranger Gruve AS.

The halt will last until the earlier of the opening of trade on Wednesday 1st July 2015, or when an announcement is made to the market.
