KUTh Energy (ASX:KEN) is hoping to turn its geothermal prospects on the island of Efate in Vanuatu into an economic renewable energy source for the country.

Vanuatu offers a small but high priced market where a geothermal indigenous resource play has real competitive advantage, the Sydney-based geothermal hopeful claimed.

KUTh is in the process of reviewing legacy data accessible for its tenements with a view to initiating early stage exploration programs.
