Estia Health acquiring four new aged care facilities

Estia Health (ASX:EHE) is acquiring four new aged care facilities that will increase the total number of facilities its owns to 49.

This also increases the number of places by 469 to 4,127 places, ensuring the $1.09 billion company is on track to reach its target of 10,000 beds by the end of FY2020.

The new acquisitions include a 120 bed facility in Mount Coolum, Queensland, and a group of three facilities in northern New South Wales totalling 349 places.

Since its IPO in December 2014,    Estia has acquired a total of 549 additional beds across 5 facilities.

Shares in the company are currently trading at $6.03. The company shares debuted at a 13% discount to their issue price of $5.75 in early December.
