CDialogues PLC (LON:CDOG) slumped more than 40% as it warned annual results are set to fall below expectations.

Underlying profits [EBITDA] for 2015 will undershoot the forecast €1.6mln, while revenues for the first quarter this year were also weaker than anticipated.

The group provides marketing solutions to mobile phone networks and said existing contracts generated less than expected for the first quarter of 2016.

This follows reduced revenues and profit margins in the second half of 2015, said the board.

Additionally, the company’s Latin American project, announced in December, was hit with integration issues with the mobile network operator, which could possibly lead to the project being cancelled.

Shares stood at 38p.
