Having received planning permission, it now has decision notices for the mine and mineral transport system, the materials handling facility, temporary construction site and an extension to the current Park and ride scheme.
Sirius said formal sign-off for the mine and mineral transport system planning application from the North Yorks More National Park Authority is on track to be received before the end of September.
"The decision notices represent the majority of the pieces of the planning jigsaw coming together,” Fraser told investors.
“We thank the authorities concerned for their diligence and look forward to continuing to bring the York Potash Project to fruition."
In the same announcement, Sirius said the development consent order for the harbour facilities at Teesside had been “accepted for examination”.
The first hearing was held on July 21 and a final decision will be made by the Secretary of State for Transport no later than next summer.
