Update on suspension

 

Cloudtag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets hereby announces that further to the Company's announcement at 7am on Friday 24 February 2017 Novum and the Company have mutually agreed to cancel and terminate the Subscription Agreement.

Due to a miscommunication between the Company and Novum in relation to information relating to the placing and the subsequent material adverse market reaction to the notification made by the Company on Friday 24 February 2017, the Company and Novum have mutually agreed to cancel and terminate the Subscription Agreement.

The board is still considering the position of the Company in respect of further updates required under AIM Rules 10, 11 and 17.  If considered appropriate, the Company shall release a further update to shareholders in due course.

The Company's shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM.
