EUREKA GOLD PROJECT
Tyranna Resources Limited (ASX: TYX) (‘Tyranna’ or ‘the Company’), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the advanced Eureka Gold Project, which hosts the Eureka open cut gold mine, from Central Iron Ore Limited (a company listed on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange: TSX.V: CIO).
JUMBUCK GOLD PROJECT
Jumbuck, (formerly the Western Gawler Gold Project) is located in north-western South Australia, on the western edge of the Gawler Craton. The tenement package of 7,926km2 (including applications) comprises two groups – those held 100% by Tyranna, and a number of tenements held in JV with WPG, in which Tyranna currently holds 71% of the gold rights only. WPG own the Challenger Gold Mine, which is centrally located with respect to the tenement package.
The Wilcherry Project is located within the Gawler Craton, northern Eyre Peninsula, 40 km north of Kimba in South Australia. Wilcherry comprises seven exploration licences covering 1,200 km2 which are prospective for gold and base metals. The Project is a joint venture with Alliance Resources Ltd (Alliance 75.01% and manager, Tyranna 24.99%).

Non-Executive Director and Chairman
Mr Clifford is a professional company director, currently serving as the Non-Executive Chairman of Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited and as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Independence Group NL. From 2007 to 2011, he was a non-executive director (including as Chairman for the period 2008 to 2011) of Atlas Iron Limited. Between July 2005 and November 2011 he held several non-executive directorships in mining and exploration companies. Prior to this, he spent eight years as the General Manager Administration and Company Secretary of Portman Limited. Mr Clifford is an accountant with more than 40 years’ experience in senior accounting, finance and company secretarial roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University and is a FCPA, FGIA and FAICD.
Bruno is a Certified Practicing Accountant with CPA Australia, and has 19 years experience as a qualified accountant. Over the last 17 years Bruno has accumulated experience in the mining industry in various roles including executive general management (Managing Director, Finance Director), CFO, company secretarial, corporate and mine site accounting. Bruno was previously Managing Director of Fox Resources Ltd, which operated the Radio Hill nickel/copper mine in Karratha, producing nickel and copper concentrates. His career has seen an active involvement in every stage from exploration to production and marketing of base metals concentrate and iron ore. Having been active in ASX listed companies, Bruno is experienced in capital raisings both from the debt and equity markets
Nick was previously employed as the Company’s Business Development Manager and played an integral role in leading the exploration team credited with the recent success at the Greenewood/Campfire Bore Gold Prospects, as part of the Jumbuck Gold Project.Nick has over 25 years’ experience as an exploration/mine geologist specializing in gold and iron ore. He has also held directorships in a number of junior listed exploration companies including IPO’s.
Joseph S. Pinto
Mr. Pinto is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of N.S.W.as well as having been admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia. He has been a major shareholder and supporter of the Company for several years and is also the major shareholder of Orinoco Gold Limited, a company in which Tyranna Resources through its wholly owned subsidiary Trafford Resources, was a cornerstone investor and remains a substantial shareholder.
