• Expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, and merger integration.
• Formerly Chairman of Arysta Life Science (2008).
• Former Head of Business Development for Syngenta International (2000 - 2007).
• Spent 10 years with Zeneca Agrochemicals as Strategy and Product Director (1997 - 2000) and as Regional Manager, Asia, Africa ans Australia (1992 - 1997).

John Brubaker - Chief Executive Officer

• Appointed CEO from 1st September 2011.

David McNeilly - Non-Executive Director

• Over 42 years’ experience in Life Science related businesses.
• Spent 32 years with the DuPont Co dealing with agribusiness marketing, licensing and biotechnology.
• Current focus on technology and business development, especially in assessing how to add and capture value and in developing growth strategies.
• Proven skills in leadership, strategic planning, marketing, sales and small business development.
• Recently held non-executive board positions in Alaska Diagnostics Ltd (food diagnostics), Avidis S.A. (therapeutics) and Prokyma Ltd (particle separation diagnostics).

Dr Edward Sharkey - Non-Executive Director

• PhD in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh
• Vast experience in the agro-chemical industry mostly with AH Marks.
• Former main board Executive Director responsible for developing its Performance Chemicals business.
• Director and founder of Ambechem Ltd. (management consultancy business operating in the agro-chemical sector).
• Currently chairs a number of global task forces as well as several international businesses.
