Bill Cavalluzzo (VP-Investor Relations) has been involved in financings for junior explorers totalling over $100 million. Glenn Kumoi, VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary brings over 20 years experience in the practice of law, with 12 years experience of Canadian and international experience leading the legal function in public companies.
