Westridge Resources Inc. (WST.V- TSV) is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and development company. Its primary project is the Charay gold/silver property located in Western Mexico, approximately 40 minutes by car northeast of Los Mochis, an ocean-side city in the State of Sinaloa. The Charay project hosts a high-grade epithermal gold/silver vein system that has shown indications of bonanza grades. Currently Westridge has a program underway to explore the property. Company management has well over 40 years of extensive experience working with epithermal vein systems in Mexico. Significant cost advantages are associated with the Charay project due to mineralization at surface, ease of access and excellent infrastructure that currently exists.
Charay Gold Property
Low Sulphidation High Grade Gold/Silver Property
The Charay Property (also known as "La Mina Del Padre") is a low sulphidation, high grade gold and silver property located in friendly northern Sinaloa, Mexico which is comprised of five concessions
totaling 11,000 hectares. The property is near significant infrastructure including major highways, railroads, trans-continental power lines and large water sources. It is just 15 minutes away from two major
4-lane highways, and is easily accessible by road. It is a 40 minute drive from the major metropolitan city of Los Mochis (population: 214,000).

The drilling program on the Charay project begins the first quarter of 2012. Our drilling program is designed to extend and expand the zone of gold and silver mineralization defined by previous drilling on the El Padre vein both to depth and along strike. Previously a drilling program consisted of 20 holes to a depth of approximately 50 meters below the surface and approximately 250 meters along the strike of the El Padre vein. We completed three twin holes in July 2011 to confirm this earlier drilling. We were able to confirm the presence of bonanza grade gold and silver in the El Padre vein system (0.75m at 204.0 gpt Au and 445 gpt Ag) and potential for longer intervals of high grade (9.8m at 18.78 gpt Au). One drill hole also indicated potential for multiple vein intersections, with a second interval of gold mineralization below the interpreted intersection of the El Padre vein. All drill hole averages are weighted averages, weighting each assay interval according to the core length for that assay interval. All assay intervals are included in the average, with no bottom cut-off. True widths of mineralization in these drill holes, at this stage of exploration, are not precisely known. The gold assays were completed by ALS in Vancouver. In November and December 2011, we completed a program of geological mapping, trenching, and outcrop and soil sampling along and adjacent to the El Padre vein to follow-up on the diamond drilling. The results of this work are guiding the first quarter drill program.
