Eagle Star Minerals Corp (hereby “Eagle Star”) is a publicly listed company trading on the TSX-V exchange under the ticker symbol – EGE.V. The company is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in North and South America.
Through acquiring the rights to 86 mineral claims, Eagle Star Minerals has amassed a strategic land base of approximately 172,000 hectares (over 425,000 acres) in Northeastern Brazil that feature high-grade phosphates, potash-bearing glauconite and banded iron formations. The company's aim is to assist with Brazil's development needs, through supplies required for agriculture and infrastructure. Eagle Star's Ruth Agromineral and Angico Iron Projects are both located within the state of Piaui which is known for its rapidly growing agricultural productivity and high-potential iron deposits. By developing fertilizer-grade phosphates, potash and iron ore, Eagle Star is capitalizing on behalf of its shareholders on the needs of a surging economy.

RUTH AGROMINERAL PROJECT - NORTH EASTERN BRAZIL
Centrally located within the state of Piaui and near the cities of Picos and Eliseu Martins, Eagle Star's 100%-owned Ruth Agromineral Project covers approximately 118,000 hectares (nearly 292,000 acres) across 59 mineral claims (42 phosphate, 17 potash) in a favorable geological environment, believed to host a large phosphate deposit. Located within 200km from Eagle Star's Agnico Iron Project, this agrominerals project is also less than 250km away from the Balsas Agricultural Center.
The area houses a large soy growing industry including a 69,218km2 area that crosses two states, and is responsible for the production of over 2.3 million tonnes of soya beans. The region is semi-arid with a hot and dry climate, ranging from minimum temperatures of 18oC to maximum temperatures of 36oC. The average annual rainfall is around 600mm, and January-February-March is the rainy season.

ANGICO IRON PROJECT - NORTH EASTERN BRAZIL
Located 50 km away from the town of Sao Raimundo Nonato in the state of Piaui, North East Brasil, Angico iron ore project covers more than 120,000 acres of mineral claims in 5 concession areas. The area of Sao Raimundo Nonato is semi-arid. The climate is hot and dry, with minimum temperatures of 18 °C and maximum temperatures of 36 °C. The average annual rainfall is around 600 mm, and January-February-March is the rainy season.
The topography of the area is dominated by (i) tabular surfaces (low plateaus and summits) and (ii) elevations (mountains and hills). The geology in the area comprises of magnetite, hematite, martite, specularite and ferríferous amphiboles in metamorphozed layers.
