Projects Overview:

Ventnor holds a total of 16 granted mining tenements and 13 mining tenement applications which form four separate project areas. Key project attributes are as follows:

(a) The Thaduna/Green Dragon Copper Project is an advanced copper exploration project located 210 kms northeast of Meekatharra in Western Australia. Previous mining activities in the area have enabled the development of an advanced geological model and the selection of drill targets underneath existing open pits.

(b) The Warrawanda Nickel Project is an advanced nickel exploration project located 40 kms south of Newman in Western Australia. Previously identified widespread, near-ore grade nickel intersections are interpreted to indicate the potential to delineate a large tonnage, low-grade nickel deposit. A deep drilling programme has been planned aimed at delineating a substantial tonnage of sulphide mineralisation.

(c) The Nickel Hills Project is located 12 kms north of the Warrawanda Project and presents a nickel target with known occurrences of nickel sulphides from past drilling and elevated nickel and copper values from chip sampling in the central and western areas.

(d) The Georgina Basin Project is a grassroots exploration project located 200 kms southwest of Mt Isa in Queensland. Coincident gravity and magnetic anomalies on the project area are consistent with the possibility of an iron oxide-copper-gold deposit buried beneath later sedimentary cover.
