Company Statement:
Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK | Frankfurt: RJIA) is a Canadian based resource company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing high-quality lithium and rare metals properties.
The Company’s mission is to build shareholder value by way of developing Rock Tech Lithium Inc. into a global leader in the lithium and rare metals space — the management endeavours to achieve this by acquiring world-class lithium and rare metals assets and developing them into economic mines.
Current Operations:
The Company currently has 100% interest in four projects that are at various stages of development, ranging from early-stage exploration projects to advanced-stage exploration projects. The Company’s strategy is to carry out exploration programs to bring these projects to a NI 43-101 compliant indicated and inferred resource estimate and develop them into economic and sustainable mine operations. Rock Tech’s primary focus is on developing its
lithium and rare metals projects at Georgia Lake and James Bay.

Georgia Lake
Lithium in spodumene bearing pegmatites of Georgia Lake area was discovered in 1955 after which this area was subjected to a staking rush and significant exploration work by various operators until 1958. The property is located some 145 kilometers northeast of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
The principal means of access to the area is Ontario Provincial Highway No. 11. There are gravel and tertiary bush road that provide access to all of the claim groups. These patented and unpatented claims are located in four different claim blocks.

James Bay
The Company owns a 100% interest in 123 claims covering 6,433 hectares (15,898 acres) in the Kapiwak Pegmatite Zone of the James Bay area in northern Quebec. Quebec is recognized by the Fraser Institute as the number 1 mining jurisdiction in the world.
The property borders onto Lithium One’s James Bay lithium discovery to the north, where Lithium One was engaged in an aggressive exploration program in 2009. There are two other lithium and rare metals discoveries in the vicinity of Rock Tech’s Kapiwak Lithium Project (Dios Exploration/Sirios Resources project to the south and First Gold’s project to the southeast). These discoveries, along with the results of its 2009 exploration program provide Rock Tech with the indication there is potential for a new lithium and rare metals discovery on the property.

The Kapiwak Lithium Property is accessible by Matagmi-Radisson James Bay Road (a paved highway), and is located some 380 kilometres to the north of the town of Matagmi, Quebec. The Eastmain River runs about 3 kilometres to the north of the property in an east to west direction and the property claims are bounded by longitudes 76º56’0″ to 76º9’30″ west and latitudes 52º8’0″ to 52º13’41″ north on NTS map sheets 33C/02 and 33C/03. Other areas of the property are accessible through gravel roads and Hydro Quebec power lines. Power, water, food, lodging and fuel services are readily available at a nearby camp operated by the James Bay Economic Development Group.

Lacorne Lithium Property – Val d’Or Region, Quebec
The Lacorne Lithium Property is comprised of 630 mineral claims covering 31,049 hectares of land on NTS sheets 32C05 and 32D08. This property is located in the vicinity (south) of Canada Lithium Corporation’s (TSX-V: CLQ) Quebec Lithium Project that is being advanced towards production by 2012.
Geologically, Rock Tech’s Lacorne property is located in Preissac-Lacorne area which has been explored in the past by various operators. It lies within a belt of volcanic and sedimentary rocks intruded to the north by LaMotte and LaCorne batholiths and to the south by the Preissac batholiths and Moly Hill pluton. Numerous granitic pegmatite dykes are found in the region. The pegmatite dykes vary in size from a few meters to 60 metres in width and up to 300 metres in length. The pegmatite dykes occupy tension fractures, joints and breccias zones.

Urbain Titanium-Iron-Vanadium Project
In July 2008, Rock Tech acquired a 100% interest in the Saint Urbain Titanium-Iron-Vanadium Project consisting of 33 claims covering 1,917 hectares in two separate claim blocks located near Saint Urbain, Quebec. In November 2008, the Company staked additional mineral claims bringing the total area of the property to 14,522 hectares in 250 claims.

The East Claim Blocks on the property was the subject of significant exploration work from 1955 to 1977 by past operators and is adjacent to past producing mines, resulting in a historical resource estimate that has been published by the Quebec Ministry of Mines. The Company’s objective for this property is to develop the resource and bring the resource to NI43-101 standards by way of joint venture programs.

Basin Nickel-PGE-Copper-Uranium Project
The original land package, acquired in November 2005, consisted of 81,760 acres and was acquired as a uranium prospect. Today, the Company holds 732 claim units encompassing some 29,280 acres of mineral claims. The property is located in the Sibley Basin west of Lake Nipigon, Ontario, in the Thunder Bay Mining District of northwest Ontario.
The Company’s exploration program in 2007 – 2008 discovered copper, nickel and palladium mineralization in Drake Hill DDH VL07-03A. The property remains prospective for uranium, as the Sibley Basin shows geological parallel (uranium enriched basement and unconformity beneath the continental Sibley sediments) with the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan which produces about 30% of the world uranium.

The Company’s objective for the Sibley Basin Project is to develop the property by way of joint venture partnerships. In May 2009, the Company signed an agreement with Challenger Development Corp. (“CDC”) where CDC can earn a 60% interest on seven claims (103 claim units) covering 1,648 hectares by making payment of $20,000 (CDN) and spending $600,000 (CDN) over a period of 3 years. The seven claims that constitute the Option Agreement with CDC are TB 4210130, TB 4210131, TB 4210132, TB 4210133, TB 4210134, TB 4210137, TB 4210138.
