Company Statement:
NQ Exploration Inc.’s main assets consist of a portfolio of 15 mining properties in the James Bay area, including 10 acquired from Everton Resources Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: EVR) and five from the Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (SDBJ).

Exploration NQ inc. (TSX Venture Exchange TSX : NQE) is a mining exploration company incorporated in 2007.
Its main assets consist of 11 mining properties located in the Abitibi (6) and in the James Bay territory (5). Its main exploration effort is centered on the mining districts of the former Selbaie mine and Lac Shortt mine.
In the Selbaie mine district, NQ owns the Carheil (100% NQ) and Brouillan West properties (option to earn a 50% interest). These projects are located directly to the south and west of the former Selbaie Mine which produced 53 MT at grades of 1.0 % Cu, 1.9 % Zn, 41 g/t Ag et 0.6 g/t Au. The Carheil property hosts the Northeast polymetallic showing which exhibits a typical Selbaie type geological environment. Ore grade intercepts have been returned in 2009 and 2010 from the top of a felsic unit overlying the Selbaie mine volcanic stratigraphy. NQ controls close to 8 km of strike of this little explored and highly favourable stratigraphy. A 5,000 m definition drilling program will be carried out on the Northeast showing during the winter of 2011.
The second main area of interest of the company consists of 4 mining properties located in the mining district of the former gold producer, the Lac Shortt mine (2,6 MT @ 4,7 g/t Au). The company holds a 100 % interest in the Gand Property (directly east of the Lac Shortt mine) and Opawica Property (south-west of the Lac Shortt mine). It also owns the option to earn a 100% interest in the former Lac Shortt mine Property and an option to earn a 50% interest in the La Roncière property located directly to the east of Gand and along the Guercheville – Opawica deformation zone. NQ controls approximately 12 km of this highly prospective gold bearing structure which hosts the Joe Man mine in its eastern extremity. The company is currently compiling old technical data on these projects. Drilling of the best targets is scheduled for the summer of 2011.
The company has assembled a highly qualified and experienced management and exploration team. This team is actively working to enhance the value of the properties by focussing its exploration effort on the most promising mineralized and altered targets.
Partnership with local communities and industry leaders will be at the heart of our business and growth strategy.
NQ Exploration Inc. is aiming to rapidly establish itself as a significant player on the Quebec and Canadian mining scene by mobilizing the financial and human resources required to acquire, explore, develop and, if warranted, put into production mining properties with gold and base metal potential, for the benefit of its shareholders and other stakeholders.
