Resource Star (ASX: RSL) has interests in uranium exploration assets in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Malawi.
The company's main projects include joint ventures with Globe Metals and Mining on the Livingstonia Uranium Project and Machinga Rare Earths Project in Malawi, the 100%-owned Edith River Uranium Project in the Northern Territory and the Spinifex joint venture with Thundelarra Resources in Western Australia.

Chairman
Mr A Bell
Mr Bell is the Chairman of Red Rock Resources plc and its largest shareholder, Regency Mines plc, both of which are mineral exploration companies listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc. He is also non-executive Chairman of AIM-listed Greatland Gold plc and a non-executive director of ASX-listed Jupiter Mines Ltd.
After graduation Mr Bell worked in London as an oil and mining analyst at investment bank Morgan Grenfell & Co, and subsequently as a broker, fund manager and corporate financier specializing in Asian markets.

Mr S Heggen
Mr Heggen has Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the Australian National University, and has over 25 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, and strategic planning, with almost half of his career in the resources sector.
He has worked with some of Australia's highest profile companies and individuals at managerial and Board level including: Boral, WMC Resources, Wesfarmers, Schroders Australia and members of the Smorgon Family. During his career, Mr Heggen has led and managed transactions and projects in Australia, North and South America, Asia and southern Africa.
He maintains an extensive network of contacts at senior levels in the resources, industrial and banking sectors.

Mr R Benussi
Mr Benussi is a qualified accountant, and has worked in the broking and minerals industries, with his most recent experience being pivotal roles at Jupiter Mines Limited as Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Acting CEO and currently General Manager - Corporate where he has responsibility for fund raising and business development.
He also holds a number of non executive directorships and advisory positions.

Mr R Kestel
Mr Kestel is both a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant and has been a director of the accounting practice Nissen Kestel Harford since July 1980.
He is both a non-executive director and Company Secretary of a number of ASX-listed resource companies.
Mr Kestel is a Registered Company Auditor and a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mr C Geach
Mr Geach is a consultant geologist with 30 years industry experience, including Anglo American & DeBeers.
He has been Exploration Manager and/or Executive Director for a number of junior ASX companies, involved in mineral and metal exploration, discovery and mining.
He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Major Shareholders
As of February 2010, the Top 20 shareholders owned 48% of the company, and the UK AIM-listed company Red Rock Resources plc is the major shareholder with 22%.
