  Andrew McCrea - Managing Director, Proactiveinvestors Australia & Analyst

  Andrew McCrea is an emerging companies specialist and small company analyst with a focus on finding undervalued companies. Andrew has worked in New York, London, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. He has been a “Small Cap” fund manager as well as share market columnist and contributing writer for national newspapers and magazines in Australia. Andrew has been involved in taking a company from seed to stock exchange listing

  John Phillips - Chief Operating Officer

  John has over ten years’ experience in financial markets including four years internationally, with roles predominately focused as a Treasury Dealer and Treasury Manager, within both the corporate and banking sector. John has also worked as a financial writer and analyst, with qualifications including being recognised as a Fellow of FINSIA since 2005.

  Bevis Yeo - Finance Writer / Analyst

  Bevis is an energy writer with nearly a decade of experience covering the oil and gas as well as alternative energy sectors both globally and in Australia. He was previously the editor of a leading Australian industry energy publication.

  Sarah Misev - Resources Writer / Analyst

  Sarah has worked in the mining industry across Australia for over eight years. Her commodity experience includes iron ore, copper, gold and diamonds. She has also worked as resources analayst. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Geology Major from the University of Melbourne.

  Gomati Jagadeesan - Finance Writer / Analyst

  Gomati Jagadeesan is Proactive Investor's Africa-based reporter. A graduate of Boston University, she started her career at CNN in New York, before moving to Washington DC to cover the intrigues of energy politics and policy-making. After a stint in Singapore, she washed ashore in Sydney with a role as a financial writer covering mergers & acquisitions.
  
  With over a decade as a writer covering small and large cap. equities, policy-making and markets, the journey from being a Red Sox supporter to following Aussie rules has been thrilling.

  Richard Badauskas - Writer / Analyst

  Richard has extensive experience in the resources, mining and industrial sectors including consulting as well as report writing. He practiced as an attorney for 10 years before establishing a consulting firm that assisted a number of Australian Resources, Mining and Environmental companies. He also provided a bridge for Australian companies to North American stakeholders for funding, public relations, communications and corporate development; and has actively promoted Australian companies and technologies on an international level.

  Casandra Peisley - Executive Assistant to Andrew McCrea

  Casandra has been working as a Personal Assistant in the Financial Services / Wealth Creation industry for over 5 years. Originally from Wollongong starting out at a Financial Services firm then transitioning to Sydney to expand her career, she is now currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event Management at APM Business College.

• Ian Mclelland - Chief Executive Officer & Contributor

  Ian Mclelland founded Proactiveinvestors in 2006 as a way to channel his own views on companies listed in London and Toronto. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full time job as the website's readership exploded over the next six months.
  One2One forums were added later in 2006, and within two years the company had expanded its operations into Canada and Australia. In 2009 the company expanded again, into Germany and Hong Kong, and finally in 2010 the company opened an office in New York.
  
  Proactiveinvestors is now one of the fastest growing global financial media organisations in the world receiving more than one million visitors per month, with investor forums in London, Manchester, New York, Toronto and Sydney held on a regular basis.
  The company produces news and in-depth analysis on thousands of listed companies across the world each year in English, German, Simple and Traditional Mandarin.
  
  Ian is now focused on the continued development of the business, liaising with his fellow directors in Australia, United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom, and overseeing editorial content globally.

• Craig Ribton - Managing Director, Proactiveinvestors United Kingdom

  Graduated with a BA Honours in 2002 before moving on to become a project manager where he co-ordinated a variety of large scale projects while furthering his knowledge of the stock market. In 2003 Craig began investing in companies with a natural resource focus and in 2005 qualified in advanced web design. With growing experience in the implementation of finance media and a keen interest in investing, Craig is tasked with client communications and development, as well as growing the Proactiveinvestors’s brand, awareness and reach.

• Sam Kiri - Managing Director, Proactiveinvestors Canada & Contributor

  Sam is in charge of Proactiveinvestors' North American operation and is also one of the analysts of the group. He has over 10 years of capital markets and asset management experience in both North America and the Pacific Rim, with primary focus on Resources and Oil & Gas sectors. He spent three years with Scotia Bank as an International Equity analyst, and was responsible for the management of the Scotia Pacific Rim Mutual Fund. Sam is a CFA Charter Holder, a qualified Management Accountant (ACMA) and has a MBA in Finance. He also has considerable academic experience spanning over 10 years teaching Financial Analysis in England.

• Deborah Sterescu - Deputy Editor, North America

  Deborah started as an equities reporter in the Toronto office of Proactiveinvestors in August 2010, before becoming deputy editor. Prior to this, she was deputy editor of private equity trade journal unquote" UK in London, England, where she graduated with a Masters in International Journalism from City University in 2008. She has covered a range of topics in finance since starting her career, writing in depth about both public and private markets. Deborah has also completed stints at The Times, The Independent and The Economist.

• Carrie White - Senior Equities Journalist

  After graduating with honors in Journalism in 1998, Carrie went on to have a management career in the hospitality industry. She joined a western Canadian, community news publication in Golden, B.C. in 2008 and was quickly promoted to Editor. After two years, she joined another small, independent community news publication in Jasper, Alberta. Carrie recently returned to her hometown of Toronto and joined the Proactive Investors team as a Senior Equities Journalist in March 2012.
