Company Statement:
Silver Swan Group Limited (ASX:SWN) is a successful polymetallic explorer that aims to become one of the new generation of metal miners. The company, based in Perth, Western Australia has a balanced portfolio of mineralisation and metal styles; lode gold, volcanogenic massive sulphides (Cu-Zn-Ag-Au) and syn-tectonic copper-gold. Key projects cover tenement holdings of 700sqkm, all in the Meekatharra area of the Murchison district, ~750km north of Perth.
Silver Swan acquired most of its tenement holding in April 2007. Since this time the company has made two discoveries, Cu-Zn-Ag-Au (VMS) at Austin in the Quinns project area and Cu-Au mineralisation at Copper Hills in the Yagahong project area.
The company has an experienced corporate and management team that embrace contemporary workplace conditions and vision; the team is committed to the highest professional standards and with a policy of openness, will maintain regular updates to its shareholders.
Current Operations:
Silver Swan Group Limited (SWN) is a polymetallic explorer with tenements in the Murchison District of the Yilgarn Craton, Western Australia. The Company's current focus is on lode-gold, syn-tectonic copper-gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide (Cu-Zn-Ag-Au) mineralisation in Archaean terranes.

The Murchison District, Western Australia
The Murchison district historically, has been a major gold producing province in Archaean age rocks, with gold production in the order of 18 million ounces. The major current and past gold producing mines in the area include Mt Magnet, Cue, Big Bell, Reedy, Paddys Flat, Yaloginda, Gabanintha and Mt Gibson.
The styles of gold and base metal mineralization in Silver Swan’s project areas in the Murchison include:
| Quinns | Cu-Zn-Au-Ag (VMS style) in metamorphosed mafic and felsic volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks |
| Yagahong | Cu-Au associated with layered intrusive complexes |
| Abbotts | Au in quartz lodes & graphitic shale |
| Bourkes Find | Au in high-Mg basalts |
| Stakewell | Au in BIF and high-Mg basalts |
| Kiaby Well | Fe, Cu-Zn-Pb, Au conceptual targets associated with ultramafic rocks and volcano-sedimentary sequences. |

Exploration projects - Summary
| Project | Commodities | Geology | Activities & future upside |
| Quinns - Austin | Copper, Zinc, Silver, Gold | Altered felsic & intermediate volcanic rocks, volcaniclastic sediments, tholeiitic basalts, amphibolite and banded-iron formation. | Aeromagnetics, FLEM, MLEM, DHEM & MALM electrical surveys & diamond drilling of 12 holes. SWN drilling intersected ore grade mineralisation : ATD001 - 33.55m @ 1.7% Cu, 25.2m @ 13.7% Zn, and 7m @ 1.3g/t Au and 18.6g/t Ag, ATD 007 - 66m @ 1.5% Cu, 7m @ 11.2% Zn, ATD 009 - 20m @ 1.5% Cu. Further drilling to grow and define Cu-Zn-Ag-Au resources. Investigate other areas containing anomalous Cu-Zn for additional discoveries. |
| Quinns - Nowthanna, Koladbro & Two Jacks | Gold | Quartz veins hosted by mafic and felsic volcanic rocks and banded-iron formation. | Detailed aeromagnetics completed. Geology and sampling follow-up on areas with anomalous gold. |
| Yagahong - Copper Hills | Copper, Gold | North-trending shear zone with northeast cross faults in typical greenstone sequence; to the south, a layered intrusive complex of peridotite hosting Cu-Au mineralisation. | Detailed aeromagnetics, mapping & diamond drilling of 2 holes. SWN intersected Cu-Au in 2 holes: CHD001- 4m @ 1.3% Cu, CHD002 - 4m @ 2.4% Cu and 1.6g/t Au RC drilling to test Cu-Au mineralisation over 3km strike. Test for titanium, vanadium & nickel mineralisation elsewhere in the layered intrusive complex. |
| Abbotts - Mt Vranizan | Gold | Archaean granite-greenstone shear zone. | Detailed aeromagnetic survey over the northern part of Abbotts. RC drilling planned. |
| Abbotts - Ajax | Archaean supercrustal sequence overlain by laterite. | RAB drilling planned. | |
| Bourke’s Find | Gold | Mafic and ultramafic greenstone cut by shear zones and cross faults. | Data validation followed by infill drilling in known mineralised zones. Regional RAB drilling to identify new targets. |
| Stakewell | Gold | Folded and faulted bandediron formation in mafic volcanic rocks. | Detailed structural mapping and drilling to identify new lode positions planned. Ground electrical geophysics targeting Hill 50-style high grade gold-sulphide mineralisation in banded iron formation. |
| Cocata (South Australia) | Gold, Base Metals | Structural contact between Proterozoic granitoids-dolerite with poorly known Archaean rocks. | Structural / geological analysis. |
| Watson (South Australia) | Gold, Base Metals | Covered metamorphic sequences, assumed metasediments, banded-iron formation and mafic volcanics. | Structural / geological analysis. |
