New trenching results including 39.6m at 22.1% phosphate have validated historical results at Chaketma, which importantly provide Celamin with confidence that results from earlier exploration can be accepted at face value.

Celamin Holdings NL (ASX:CNL) is an ASX listed company focused on the exploration and development of resource projects in North Africa initially in Tunisia and Algeria.
Through Celamin Ltd (Celamin), the Company's immediate focus is the Bir El Afou Phosphate project held in partnership with local company Tunisian Mining Services SA (TMS). A pre feasibility study targeted on a high grade, low cost Stage 1 mine development is expected to be completed by end September 2011. The Company has currently targeted first mine production by the end of 2013.
Celamin also holds another Phosphate exploration permit in Tunisia with TMS (Chaketma). This project has larger target potential than Bir El Afou. The Company1s development plan is for a sequential staged development depending on market conditions once Bir El Afou Stage 1 is in production.
Celamin has also acquired rights to several base metal tailings Projects in Tunisia with TMS and is farming in to an Exploration Permit with base metal (Pb/Zn) targets.
David Regan - Executive Director
Mr. Regan is a lawyer by training and has been working in the resources industry in Papua New Guinea, Australia, North America and the North Africa Middle East region for over thirty years in various senior corporate roles. During this period he worked for Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Atlantic Richfield (Anaconda Minerals, Arco Coal and Arco International) in a variety of roles including legal, corporate planning, economic evaluation, marketing, joint venture management and business development. Mr. Regan has worked in the North Africa Middle East region for over ten years where he led teams that put together over $3 billion of resource investments. Mr. Regan is an independent director of ASX listed Citadel Resource Group (CGG) and a founding director of Celamin Limited.

Ms Melanie Leydin has been appointed as Company Secretary. Melanie is a chartered accountant and principal in a chartered accounting firm specialising in company secretarial and corporate accounting services. Melanie has 19 years experience in the accounting profession and specialises in junior exploration and development companies.

Justin attended RMIT University in Melbourne where he graduated in 2008. He has recently completed the Chartered Accountants Program and is now a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. His expertise over the previous years has been in the Mining and Oil & Gas Exploration and Evaluation sectors of listed and unlisted entities. Some of his roles performed include support with ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act legislation, Corporate Governance policies, statutory report writing requirements, AGM and EGM requirements and assistance in the preparation of Prospectus’, Information Memorandums and other Disclosure Documents.
