Consegna is set for the commercialisation of the company's first product utilising the BreatheAssist technology. A FDA approved medical device manufacturer has been appointed to produce the Elite Sports product - with planning well advanced for a 2013 launch.  The first batch of devices will be delivered to Melbourne in September.  Brand ambassador is Sir Steve Redgrave.

Consegna has capitalised on the $49b oral modified release drug delivery market with the completion of the sale of its Linguet™ technology to Imugene. It is the first asset sale for the company in line with its strategy to purchase, package and profit.

Consegna could derive significant global royalty income from BreatheAssist while retaining the opportunity to participate in the proceeds of any future sale or exit of the product line, after today's funding and distribution agreement with Triple A Holdings.  Consegna has also entered into a funding deal with The Lind Partners.

Consegna’s strategy to acquire and commercialise under-valued late stage therapeutic delivery technologies in high value markets and indications has attracted a buy recommendation and a 12-month share price target of $A0.02 to A$0.05 from Veritas Securities.

Consegna is developing a clear path to commercialisation of the Aspen Medisys nanoparticle thermotherapy platform, securing a number of expressions of interest from potential industry partners to commercialise the Aspen technology portfolio.
