Centaurus Metals (ASX: CTM) has requested a trading halt pending release of an announcement about a proposed capital raising.
The halt will last until an announcement is made or commencement of trading on Wednesday 8th September 2010.
On August 31 Centaurus announced a substantial increase in the JORC compliant resource for its 100%-owned Passabem Iron Ore Project in south-east Brazil to 39 million tonnes grading 31.0% Fe.
