HealthLinx (ASX: HTX) has reported that Stonebridge Securities Limited has successfully completed the placement of 7,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares at 10 cents each plus free attaching options, as announced on 1st June 2010.
The placement includes 300,000 new shares which are subject to approval at the next shareholders' general meeting unless able to be issued beforehand in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
