Ascent Solar Tech to supply modules to FTL Solar for New York State Energy Research and Development Authority

Ascent Solar Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTI), a developer of flexible thin-film photovoltaic modules, said it will be providing modules to FTL Solar for their research and development contract with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).


The parties will work on the development of light weight flexible structures that include energy production from solar electric modules produced by Ascent Solar.

These structures are ideally suited for the incorporation of Ascent Solar's flexible and light weight photovoltaic modules.
