Rodinia AGM confirms management, approves Strider Lithium project buy

Uranium group Rodinia Minerals Inc (TSX: RM) said at its AGM held this week, directors Donald Mosher, Tony Wonnacott and Bruce Ford were re-appointed for the ensuing year and Farhad Abasov, Rene Bharti and Stan Bharti were appointed new directors of the company. 

Abasov has over 15 years of business management and entrepreneurial experience, most recently as senior vice president at Potash One and vice president with Uranium One.

Rene Bharti is currently the vice president, corporate development of Avion Gold Corp.

Stan Bharti is the chief executive of Forbes & Manhattan Inc, a private merchant bank operating in Canada, the United States and Western Europe.

Further to the company’s announvements in May and June 2009, the shareholders also approved a transaction to acquire the Strider Lithium Project.
