Wolf Minerals hires new business development manager to lead new expansion

Wolf Minerals (LON:WLFE, ASX:WLF) has hired Emma Hall as its general manager of business development, a new role based in the group’s Perth headquarters.

In this new role Hall will manage arrangements with offtake partners Global Tungsten and Powders (GTP), Wolfram Bergbau und Hutten and Traxys; she will also be focused on maximising value from the sale of excess production.

Hall’s role will also involve assessing merger and acquisition opportunities within the specialiity metals sector, with a view to expanding Wolf beyond its current status as a ‘single asset company’.

"Emma's skill set and extensive experience in speciality metals and investment banking will help ensure that Wolf maximises the potential of the Hemerdon project,” said managing director Russell Clark.

“We will also be well positioned for opportunities that arise in the speciality metals mining space that can take us beyond being a single asset company."

Hall previously, before joining Wolf, was executive director corporate at the world’s largest lithium producer where she led corporate strategy, global marketing and sales, and the development of new growth initiatives.

Prior to that Hall worked in investment banking, in both London and Sydney, with positions at Rothschild and Merrill Lynch.
