Condor Blanco Mines' (ASX:CDB) shares are in a trading halt after a request to the ASX regarding the finalisation and pending announcement about the 10m Euro debt funding agreement.
The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market which is expected to be made on Tuesday, 20 May 2014.
John Shanahan has resigned as a director, effective immediately.
Condor is developing the Marianas Magnetite Tailings Project in Chile and the Signet Hard Coking Coal project in South Africa.
It completed an iron ore commercial scale trial at La Serena, for iron ore from its Marianas project in Chile.
Projected cash flows from Marianas will be used to tap European capital markets for debt funding under way to ramp up production and also for the progression of the Signet South African coking coal project.
