Titanium Resources Group (AIM: TXR) said it appointed Jean Lindberg Charles as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Charles was appointed as a non executive director of TRG in February 2009 and served as group financial controller. He replaces Raju Jaddoo who will remain on the board as a non executive director.
