Drilling to commence at Botswana prospects in December
Botswana Metals (ASX: BML) will commence a 2000 metre drill program on three of its Botswana exploration tenements planned for early December.
Three anomilus targets for nickel, copper and platimum group metals are the focus of the drill program at the Sampowane, Cresent and Airport Prospects.
Planned 1020m drilling in 10 holes at Sampowane are designed to test strong TDEM conductors and extensions of existing massive sulphide intersections, while 600m of driling in 4 four holes at Crescent aims to test the best portions of TDEM conductors near surface gossans, IP chargeability anomalies and Ni-anomalous ultramafic bodies.
The Airport Copper Cresent plans for 360m in 6 holes at Airstrip Copper geochemical trend and coincident TDEM conductors and further the geological understanding of the prospect
The results of the drill program are expected to be released in February.
