QRxPharma requests suspension pending capital raisings
QRxPharma (ASX: QRx) had requested a trading halt in relation to QRxPharma's shares pending the announcement of a proposed renounceable rights issue and institutional placement to be conducted by QRxPharma.
The company has now requested its shares be placed in voluntary suspension – to commence from the end of the trading halt period, being immediately before the commencement of trading on Friday, 13 November 2009.
The reason for the suspension is to allow finalisation of the capital raising.
QRxPharma expects the suspension will last until such time as it is in a position to make an announcement on the capital raising. This is expected to be prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 16 November 2009.
The company's shares last traded at $1.20.
