Greenland Minerals and Energy (ASX: GGG) has this morning been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending an announcement relating to the settlement to move to 100% ownership of Greenland Minerals and Energy (trading) A/S - with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Monday 6th August.
