CSG Limited granted ASX trading halt pending proposed transaction announcement

CSG Limited (ASX: CSV) is preparing to release to the market an announcement regarding a proposed transaction, with the company granted a trading halt by the ASX today.

No further details of the proposed transaction were released.

CSG is an Information and Communication Technology and consulting company comprising two business divisions – Technology Solutions and Print Services.

The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made available to the market, or the opening of trade on Thursday 31 May.
