TSX-V News: Cadillac Ventures, Argex Mining, Temex, Bayfield and more

From North America: Cadillac Ventures (CVE:CDC) reported the Toronto Stock Venture Exchange conditionally approved the company's proposed sale of its 90 percent interest in its Spanish joint venture in a deal pegged at $2.5 million.
 
Argex Mining Inc. (CVE:RGX) said holders of "milestone warrants" Wednesday renounced their right to exercise their options, and also purchased a net smelter royalty.
 
The 16 million milestone warrants, which were convertible into one common share of Argex Mining, have been cancelled.
 
Temex Resources Corp. (CVE:TME) unveiled Wednesday additional high grade gold intersections from drilling at the Upper Hallnor Mine area of its joint venture Whitney property in Timmins, Ontario.
 
Bayfield Ventures Corp. (CVE:BYV) (OTC:BYVVF) unveiled Wednesday additional drill results from an expanding zone of gold and silver  mineralization in the eastern portion of its Burns Block property in northwestern Ontario.
 
Abzu Gold (CVE:ABS, OTCQX:ABZUF) is a junior company with huge resource potential in Ghana's world-class gold belts, says research firm Ubika, which has started covering the stock. Abzu has interest in 16 concessions in the gold belts.
