Mithril Resources recommences Huckitta drilling
Adelaide-based explorer Mithril Resources (ASX:MTH) has resumed drilling at its Huckitta base metals project about 150 km north east of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.
The 2,000m program is designed to test nickel targets at the Blackadder, Edmund and Kevin Darling prospects along with copper targets at the Basil and Manuel prospects following encouraging results from an initial phase of drilling and other field exploration activities.
The Huckitta project area comprises 100% Mithril ground and a number of joint ventures where Mithril is earning in, while BHP Billiton is earning into Mithril’s interest in two contiguous projects – Indiana and Hammer Hill.
Mithril’s shares have rallied four-fold over the past six months.
