FTSE 350 constituent, Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, said trading in the first six months of the financial year is ahead of the same period last year with overall revenue increasing by approximately 23 percent, and up 9.5 percent on a like-for-like basis.
A number of important pharmaceutical products have received approval and are scheduled for launch in selected EU territories within the second half of the financial year, which ends on June 30 2009, the group said in a pre-close trading update.
Trading for the financial year remains in line with the board's expectations. Cash flow remains strong, the banking facilities secure and the balance sheet robust, the company said, adding: “We therefore remain optimistic about the group's future prospects.”
