Uranium Resources confirms in talks with Indago to buy its Tanzanian uranium assets

Uranium Resources PLC (AIM: URA) confirmed that it is in discussions with Indago Resources Ltd ( ASX: IDG) to purchase its interest in the Tanzanian uranium assets and that a further announcement will be made in due course. No legally binding agreements have been entered into at this time.

Uranium Resources issued the statement to the LSE in response to the recent rise in the company's share price and the announcement made by Indago, its partner in the uranium projects, early last week, regarding Indago's advanced discussions to sell its Tanzanian uranium assets.

Uranium Resources was trading up more than 11 percent in closing trade in London.
