UXC acquires New Zealand consulting business Jireh Consulting Services

UXC (ASX: UXC) has acquired New Zealand-based consultant Jireh Consulting Services to build on its existing enterprise resource planning business in Australia.
Jireh is a specialist Oracle JD Edwards solution provider.
UXC’s wholly owned subsidiary Red Rock Consulting has completed the acquisition of all shares in Jireh, which will combine with Red Rock’s existing JD Edwards practice.
Red Rock and Jireh will consolidate both the strategy and delivery of solutions.
The combined New Zealand practice will be managed Jireh managing director Mark Elley.
The acquisition will help ICT consultancy firm UXC grow its position in the enterprise resource planning market, consolidating the company’s position as Oracle’s largest JD Edwards partner in the world.
