Rusina Mining (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA), the nickel laterite producer based in the Philippines, announced today that CEO Robert Gregory has exercised 3 million options with a strike price of A$0.164 cents.
Following the transaction, Mr. Gregory holds 3.215 million shares, or 1.33% of the company. This is the third transaction completed by Rusina’s CEO in the past few weeks.
