Bus operator, Rotala plc, jumped 31% after the Company announced that its Non-Executive Chairman, John Gunn, had snapped up 25,000 shares at 48 pence per share. Before the announcement, shares in Rotala were trading at approximately 34 pence per share.
Following the share purchase, Mr. Gunn holds 680,533 shares representing 3.24% of the Company.
