Auditors to the Namibian subsidiary companies of Kennedy Ventures PLC (LON:KENV) expect to be able to provide audit sign-off to the group auditors no later than 26 February 2018.

Following that, the group auditors will require around two weeks to undertake their own audit work. Kennedy will then publish its accounts without delay.

“The board of directors continue to look to the future with confidence."
