Silver City Minerals Ltd (ASX:SCI) is planning to commence a diamond drilling program for copper, gold and cobalt at the Copper Blow project located 20 kilometres south of Broken Hill in New South Wales.
The company had recently identified multiple targets for follow-up drilling at Copper Blow.

The highlight intersections from the eleven drill holes include 4 metres at 6.1% copper and 4.23 g/t gold from 188 metres, including 1 metre at 11.3% copper and 10.7 g/t gold from 191 metres.
The results have been very encouraging with a number a high quality follow-up targets immediately evident for further drill testing.
Silver City is allocating its existing funds for a follow-up program of three holes for a total of circa 850 metres (Phase 1).
This drilling will target the interpreted extensions to known high grade mineralisation over a down plunge distance of 200 metres.
In addition, the company will commence exploratory metallurgical testing on mineralised rock from recent drilling in order to determine the characteristics and recoverability of copper, gold and cobalt.
Silver City is aiming to commence Phase 1 drilling in December 2017, subject to environmental permitting and site access arrangements.
A second follow-up program (Phase 2), contingent on the results of the first, is also planned.
